This is the First Edition of a play written by our founder A.K. Chesterton MC in 1943 and unpublished until Rob Black took on the hard work of putting the various archive copies we had together in the 2000's.
It tells the story of a British farming settlement in South Africa during the 1950's with the threat of a Mau Mau style native rebellion brewing.
